Refund policy

At Railsback Chrome Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days after it has been delivered. 

Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage, unless the item was damaged during shipping.

Damaged in Shipping: If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged during shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit as appropriate.
